We travel worldwide and stay in dozens hotels every year. This riad is the best hotel experience we've ever had! The staff showed a rear blend of professionalism and warm welcome you get from a family. Ferdi-the-manager, who is fluent in every European language, arranged our airport transfer, emailed to us immigration forms, and had our meal waiting upon arrival. He welcomed us with mint tea and local sweets, oriented us to the map and answered all our questions. He was always available with an advice, help with dinner reservations, or arrangement for a hammam visit (recommended). Two young assistants, Simo and Ayoub, were simply delightful. They made sure our stay was flawless. Simo greeted us with a big smile at the shuttle drop off and escorted us to the riad. Eager to help, he even shopped with us at a local pastry stand to get us a "friend price". Ayoub, who served us every meal, got up at 3AM to prepare our last breakfast, and then took us to the airport shuttle. At 3:30AM! The riad was gorgeous, immaculate, and authentic. Spacious room and comfortable bedding, with fresh rose petals spread on our bed every day! Food was excellent! Breakfast included a variety of fresh breads and pancakes with jams, butter, yogurt, coffee and tea. A choice of traditional meals was available for lunch and dinner. Riad is in the Old City. Easy walk to all the attractions. if you are a runner, ask Ferdi about nice routes. You will feel like you are taken care of at all times! Enjoy!
