'My hubby and I stayed in this condo for 1 week while in Asheville for a family wedding. The condo is in a great location. Easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants in downtown Asheville. There is also a small park right across the street. The Paxton Key app we had to download to our phones to gain entery into the parking lot and the public doors worked very well for us. 'Once we figured out the app to get into the lot and building, everything was easy in/out. Great central location being close to downtown area but also not too far from Biltmore. Accommodations were A+. Would definitely stay again. Hope this rental avoided most of the damage from Helene.'
