'The state was very enjoyable. Property was everything we wanted. Excellent location in downtown Roswell.'

'Before we arrived host was in constant contact to ensure our stay went well. Once we arrived townhome was very clean, all we needed was there, beds were extremely comfortable. Which is a very big plus for us. Shows the host is not scrimping to shave a buck. Looked to have been be remodeled with a more modern look. I give all 5 plus stars and when we travel back to Atlanta we will for sure see of this acclimation is available. '

'Here is some info for people who want to bring boat. We rented this property for guys weekend. I don't live too far away so I brought a boat. Several of the local ramps are currently closed. The closest open ramp was Old Federal. It's 15-20 minutes from the dock by road and about the same by boat running around 20 MPH. The water at the dock is shallow but I didn't have any issues with my 25' deck boat. Parking the trailer at the house wasn't easy. We ended up backing the trailer into a...

'Our family rented the house to attend a wedding at Peachtree Corners..just a few minutes away. The home was clean, quiet and spacious. Our family loved the space and great gathering layout in the kitchen. The host was a great communicator and really easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. '

'There was a short walk to the dock. We enjoyed swimming and sunning off the dock. We rented a boat to water ski. We enjoyed cooking out on the upper porch. We had fires in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows which the children enjoyed. We also enjoyed visiting the areas of Atlanta and Gainesville. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.'
