This charming 35m² apartment is ideally located near the Timone/Conception hospital. As a host for several years, we put our heart into creating a welcoming atmosphere in our home to make our guests feel at home.



If you are looking for a lively and dynamic neighbourhood with numerous shops and restaurants, you will be delighted. The 5th arrondissement is close to both the city centre and the southern districts of Marseille. This urban area encompasses the Baille, Camas, Plaine, Conception and Saint-Pierre districts. The very popular Cours Julien is less than a 10-minute walk away.



The neighbourhood is well served by public transport (bus, tram, metro), facilitating access to Marseille's main tourist attractions, including the Vieux-Port, the Cosquer cave, the Notre-Dame de la Garde basilica, the Panier neighbourhood, etc. It particularly attracts a trendy and alternative population on the Plaine side and a more bohemian population in the Camas.



Bus routes 54 and 74 pass nearby, allowing you to quickly get to the city centre and other districts of Marseille. The nearest metro station is Baille, on line M1, which connects you to Saint-Charles station and the Vieux-Port.

- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)

- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.



Located on the 5th floor with a lift, there are numerous paid parking spaces available nearby.



The apartment is located in streets lined with buildings typical of Marseille, squares and parks, such as the Parc du 26e centenaire or the Parc Longchamp, where you can enjoy the green spaces to relax. You will also find schools and sports facilities nearby (Patinoire Palais omnisports, Piscine Vallier, etc.).



Local shops, supermarkets, bakeries, hospitals and pharmacies and restaurants offering local and international cuisine are within easy walking distance of your apartment. You can discover the flavours of Mediterranean and Provençal cuisine.

Bike: Marseille has a self-service bike system, Vélo, which allows you to rent a bike to get around the city. There are several stations near your apartment.

Taxi or VTC: Taxis and VTC services (tourist vehicles with driver) such as Uber are also available in Marseille. They can be a practical option for travelling at night or when you have a lot of luggage.

Electric scooters: Self-service electric scooters are available nearby. You can rent one using apps such as Lime or Bird to get around the neighbourhood quickly and easily.

Following confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to access the apartment guide. You will have the option of choosing flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee.

A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).

This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.

Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
