La Bonne Brise is a superb 80 m² loft with outdoor space located on a quiet street just a few steps from the beach of the same name. Completely renovated in 2021, it offers two beautiful bedrooms with high-quality amenities, quality furniture and air conditioning. Located in a typical Marseille neighbourhood, it is the ideal location to enjoy the good life in Marseille: beaches, hikes in the calanques. The beaches of La Bonne Brise and Les Sablettes are at the end of the street. Layout of the loft: The loft is located on the ground floor of a typical neighbourhood house. You will be charmed by its generous size, vaulted ceilings and overall layout, which make it a very pleasant place to live. You will enter the main room with a beautiful open-plan kitchen and, at the back of the room, a dining area. On your right is the first bedroom, followed by a bathroom and another bedroom with access to the terrace.
The loft is fully equipped to make you feel at home: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, complimentary welcome coffee capsules, bathtub, travel cot, etc. The Cocoonr service:
You will receive a personalised welcome from a member of the Cocoonr Marseille agency, who will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and give you the keys. Hotel-quality (4/5-star) sheets and towels are provided, and your bed will be made on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. Fibre WiFi internet access.
Location: By staying at La Bonne Brise, you are choosing a typical neighbourhood in France's second city, right by the sea. As you leave, on your left you will find the road leading to the Goudes and Callelongue (long cove) neighbourhoods. If you turn right, you will reach the city centre via the beaches of Bain des Dame and Pointe Rouge with their waterfront restaurants. If you head up the street, you will reach the Marseillveyre massif and the Pastré countryside with its famous Roland cave. This is a typical neighbourhood, sought after for its quality of life, nestled between the city, the sea and the countryside/mountains. Transport: Bus line 19 runs at the bottom of the street and will take you to the city centre. More unusual, the water bus, open from the end of April to the end of September, will take you to the old port by sea.
Parking in the surrounding streets is free with no time limit. Saint Charles train station is 45 minutes away by bus No. 19 + Metro Line 2. The airport is accessible by shuttle bus to Saint Charles train station, but we recommend taking a taxi or Uber-type driver. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
