Once we got there we had a lovely stay, however we had a nightmare experience trying to pay and not knowing who we were dealing with. VRBO should have stepped in and managed this but they failed horribly. The help desk sounds professional, but there is no follow through. We booked with VRBO. It seems Arbital are subsidiaries, and Homelly are the firm that manages the property. I would never use VRBO again.
