'Wanted to be near Missouri Valley College. Easy drive. Clean and comfortable. Looks like if you needed anything, they've thought of it. Didn't spend lots of time there but was a nice change from hotels. '

'The room was clean. They had fresh fruit at breakfast which i appreciated. No broken equipment or furniture, sheets were clean, no sign f ants or other bugs (and I checked) bed was comfortable. Amazingly quiet despite being nearly full. Yes, this is an older property and could use a facelift but it met my needs perfectly. I can’t see the older furniture or art or rugs when I am sleeping which is the only real reason I would ever stay at any hotel. '
