'This is a gem of a hotel! Our room was clean, breakfast was good. The ambiance of the hotel takes the win however!'

(The cleaner told me the man who checked me in thought a traveling nurse made the reservation and I didn’t look like one, he gave me a different room. He thought someone else was still coming for the other room. The one that I reserved and that WAS ready for me.) She seemed to have just started but said she’d only be a few minutes. 'The breakfast was $1.00 cookies from Walmart, and had a problem with having a pet, even though we said pet on the reservation, the room was clean but no elevator to unstairs and we had wanted a handicapped room for my husband, my husband said we will not stay there ever again.'
