'Good quality, but must provide better breakfast'

'Noisy and old'

'I had mixed feelings about my stay here. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised an indoor/outdoor pool, which sounded really unique and relaxing. Unfortunately, the outdoor portion has been filled in, so it’s no longer actually an indoor/outdoor pool. That was really disappointing, and I do feel the advertising is misleading. When I brought it up to staff, the response was basically that there was nothing they could do, which made the situation even more...

'The breakfast needs a serious update! Sub par compared to other Hamptons we’ve been to.'

'Need Improvements'

'The inn was awesome. Took one back in time. The staff were well informed of the history of the inn. Breakfast was great. Real eggs were perfect. The room was nice. However the spiders and stink bugs could have been addressed and taken care if better. The only other thing was the bed was extremely uncomfortable. If ihad ti pick on one other thing the building could use a little tlc. '

'The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again.'

'Good breakfast. Hot meat and eggs rotate daily; waffle iron, the usual fruit, yogurt, cereal. Nice to have lemon water available 24/7 in lobby.'

'It was quiet, clean, with friendly staff at front desk. Nice breakfast with good options including several kinds of fresh fruit, yogurt, and herbal teas! Comfortable beds, nightlight in bathroom, and easy parking. '

'Breakfast was not great. We ended up going to Cracker Barrel. Pool was cold, cloudy, And to many kids in it for the size. Kids running up and down the halls till 10 pm. Carpet was dirty. Jot impressed. Staff was very nice. '

'Very friendly staff, unfortunately there just needs to be a deep cleaning and some updates. The bed in my room was on the floor, and seemed to have a very questionable smell. '
