The lock was broken and every night that I was there I complained about the lamp on the night table. 'We were travelling through Saginaw for one night. We had several hotels to choose from but picked Hampton Inn for convenience and price. We LOVED it. The person at check in was warm and friendly and professional. The room was nice and comfortable for our family. We appreciated and enjoyed the coffee and water stations in the lobby.
