'I got as far as driving into the neighborhood and decided it did not feel safe and would not be comfortable parking my vehicle. I drove the 2.5 hours home rather than stay there'

'My stay was okay for a quick overnight stay. It seems the property needs some TLC. I pulled up to the property not landscaped or mowed, people tailgating and sunbathing in the parking lot. My door was dented which didn't look so good. The room had a certain smell that was covered up with a citrus spray prior to my getting into the room. They did provide a refrigerator, water, snacks and coffee service set up in the room. The AC unit was loud going on and off all night. Not much you can do about...

'Needed a room overnight for an event in Plymouth. This hotel was easily located off the highway in an area with lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and modern. Rooms were beautiful. Front desk staff very helpful. The fitness center was great .. open 24/7. The free breakfast was very good ! The pool was under construction but the weather was chilly!'

'The nice, tender spot in Boston Strong’s world is located on the South Shore @ Nantastic Beach. In the center of great waves, IPA’s, stuffies and incredible views. This historic spot never let us down. The high rise of the Bay may wipe away the beach at times but the timeless beauty and comfort of this gem will forever shine like the diamond at Fenway. Which we visited several times on trip.'

'The air conditioning in multiple rooms did not work. It would turn on for 10 minutes then give us an error code. The room stayed at 84 degrees all night and we needed to open the hallway door in the morning to let some air in. I made a note to hotel staff when they asked about our stay but they didn’t respond.'
