'Extremely disappointed with this property. The listing photos make it appear clean and well kept, but the reality was completely different. The place was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. Several windows didn’t even lock, which made us feel very unsafe in what already seemed like a sketchy neighborhood. Because of the condition and safety concerns, we didn’t even stay an hour before leaving. This listing is very misleading and not accurately represented.'

'Neither the living room TV nor one bedroom TV worked. Coffee pot available, but no coffee or even filters provided. Description of property indicated no pets, which we need because of allergies, but we found out when we arrived that pets were allowed with a deposit, and we saw pet hair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.'
