'The hotel is well located, modern and with excellent helpful staff. There was a problem with the door key which didn’t work. I would like to give special praise to Po who is the receptionist at the Breakfast Room. Not only warm and welcoming but she remembered me and my granddaughter from a visit a month ago!! Great personal service and delighted my 5 year old that a “big person” would remember her. Well done Po. We’ll be back.'

Rooms are spacious and have all you need, incl. free mini bar. Also lots of amenities are free and delivered to your room. Breakfast is very well. Very friendly personal. Free washing facilities, swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym are perfect. This is the best hotel we stayed in during our 7 month vacation. '

'Our stay at the Sheraton (couple with a 6yo) was fantastic! Can’t wait to go back. Our highlight was the buffet breakfast. Huge variety, barista-made coffee, made to order omelette station, fresh juice… the list goes on! A very pleasant way to start the day.

'Amazing location especially for the time we were there. Right by the Opera House, walkable to many sights, and we happened to be there for two different festivals where we had excellent food from the fair stalls for a couple of the meals. Right next to a train station too. Would stay here again when next in Sydney though there are lots of cool hotels in this area.
