Forty-Five is a fantastic spot for a fun and relaxing getaway. Just a 15-minute stroll to the Martinborough Village Square, it's the perfect base to enjoy the region's upmarket shopping, cafés, restaurants, beautiful wineries, and the stunning Wairarapa surroundings.

In summer, make the most of the sunny indoor-outdoor flow: open up the lounge with two large sliding stacker doors leading to a wraparound deck, cook on the BBQ, dine alfresco at the big outdoor table, or relax in the outdoor lounge area thats private and sunny – ideal for family and friend gatherings.

Inside, the home features an open-plan living and dining area with stylish furnishings and a spacious, modern kitchen – a social space with plenty of seating. Two heat pumps ensure comfort all year round.

Community Amenities – Pinot Grove

Forty-Five is located in the welcoming Pinot Grove community, where guests have access to:

A full-sized tennis court
Pétanque area
20-metre heated saltwater pool (available in summer)
Tennis rackets and a pétanque set are available for guest use.

Just 5 minutes away by car is the Martinborough Golf & Squash Club, complete with a new clubhouse and café.

A laundry room with a front-loader washer is also available for guest convenience.

While Martinborough is a haven for wine lovers, there’s also a local brewery, gin tastings, and plenty of outdoor adventures:

Cycle the Rimutaka hills
Walk the local trails
Visit nearby towns like Featherston and Greytown

Please note: Forty-Five is located in a quiet residential area. As such, there is a strict no party policy and we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
