'Amazing stay, would definitely return!
The location is great, with a supermarket and plenty of food options within walking distance.
The rooms are clean, modern, comfortable, and comes with a mini fridge and coffee-making facilities. Guests also have access to a BBQ area, a kitchen, and a laundry, which are handy extras.
It's clear the owners have put a lot of thought into designing a property with guest comfort in mind.
Highly recommended The Stables!'

'The compact studio room was perfect for a single traveller and very quiet. Netflix was a bonus. The shower's water pressure was great and there were plenty of towels, flannels etc. Good selection of coffees and teas. Only a few minutes walk to 3 supermarkets and a bottle store, plus takeaways if needed. Didn't use the adjacent Thai restaurant but it was very busy which is a good sign. Will definitely consider Motel 151 when back in Whanganui.'
