"Let me first start with the staff, which is great, so nice and friendly! The room is nice, with a good bed, would say it’s more like 4 stars, but it’s omgood. The bathroon needs renovating. The sealants are yellow and on some places black and the water pressure is really low. I would make the fountain a little smaller, remove the foot shower and make a seperate bath and shower. The lunch options (near the pool but also in general) are far too limited and don’t live up to a 5 star hotel. For example no club sandwich or chicken burger. Please have a look at other restaurants there menu. The view is great, the pools are really nice and the beds near the pool also very good. One last point of critics. Paying for the spa (just the use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi) at a 5 star hotel is not okay."

"Lovely location, most excellent beds, great sea view, lovely stafr. Would lovd to see a Nespresso coffeemachine in each room to drink a good coffee in the room. "

"Airco temp is not adjustable. The thermostat is hidden in the ceiling which is only accessable by technician. We had a room on the sunside. The airco could not cool the room to a comfortable temperature. Loose floortiles in the room. Internet would fail constant!! I checked out 4 days before ! The manager agreed a refund of 2 days of the four but denied later!!! Awfull Experience !!! "

"Hotel personeelsleden waren vriendelijk. Helaas viel het ontbijt tegen. We gingen om half 10 ontbijten en de boter was al op. Er werd wel zoetigheid op het buffet geserveerd, maar we hadden alleen toast met kaas, jam of ham als keuze. Appartement zelf was wel ruim, maar helaas waren de voegen van het douche gedeelte onder de schimmel en was de slaapbank niet helemaal schoon. Er is wel goede centrum op loopafstand en ook de trein is goed bereikbaar om vanuit daar te reizen "

"Een uitstekend hotel midden in een oude woonwijk! Eigen parkeer mogelijkheid, maar om het te vinden is een ramp en om net een middel grote auto naar binnen of buiten te rijden is een uitdaging. Wel zonder schade!!! NIET DOEN "

"Service in restaurant is slecht. Wordt slecht of geen Engels gesproken Airco/ verwarming werkte niet "

"Goed hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Grote schone kamer en goede schone badkamer. Met parkeergarage (wel donker) . Op loopafstand naar de zee. Wij hebben niet in hotel gegeten. Het was voor 1 nacht op onze doorreis. Het is echt een aanrader. "
