'Staying at the Mason was fantastic! As I am also a in the Bahamas I pay close attention to detail and everything was A+. The response time from the host was super fast and we never felt in a quandary as to what to do. We arrived past the check in time of 12am and Ashish was there waiting when we arrived - flawless check in! I can’t say enough about the location but that it was near great restaurants, grocery stores and directly across from the Eaton Center Mall.
If we ever return to Toronto...

'Great location with a fabulous view. So convenient for our Toronto adventure and just steps away from Massey Hall. Host interactions were smooth and communications were supportive and helpful. Will be looking forward to another stay down the road. '

'Great hotel if you’re staying in town for business. A spacious room with a great bed and a good shower. I would have liked a thicker comforter; hotel beds are often quite cold and I don’t like sleeping with the heat on.
Room is not cleaned unless specifically requested the day before, which was fine for me. I did not get breakfast so I cannot comment on the quality.'
'Een mooi klein hotelletje waar het personeel alles doet om het je naar de zin te maken. Niets was te veel. Het bijbehorende restaurant George vond ik veel te duur. Als je van een wijntje houdt, adviseer ik dat niet in het hotel te kopen maar zelf wat mee te nemen. Als ik terugkom in Toronto ga ik beslist hier weer naar toe.
De kamers waren heel schoon en twee keer per dag service. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het grote Eaton Center en andere bezienswaardigheden.

'Brand new design hotel, beautifull furnished, very friendly people, lovely breakfast a la carte, premium bed, bathroom and linnen, very nice bathroom products. Outstanding fitnessfacility! Maybe some things due to the fact it is a brand new hotel... The airconditioning was to be operated with a hightech controlpanel and we did not got the AC right, and the curtains were difficult to open and close. '

'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. 'This property was a condo rental. The owner was very nice. Helped us get in for parking. The area was very nice. My daughter and I went walking around and felt very safe. Would stay here again!!!'

"Fijn hotel voor een citytrip. De locatie was top. Wij hebben hiervandaan veel lopend gedaan. Ontbijtbuffet was klein, maar netjes en vers. Wel weer zonde dat de warme gerechten, niet echt warm waren, eerder tegen het lauwe aan. Alle warme gerechten lagen in warmhoudpannen. Ook was er niet elke dag pancake of frenchtoast aanwezig. Wij hadden een gerenoveerde kamer.Met twee goede aparte bedden. Wel misetn wij licht op de kamer. Er waren 3 schemerlampen, die je allen met de hand aan en uit moet doen. Ook bij het weggaan uit je kamer, moet je al het licht handmatig uitdoen. Er was er geen keycardholder om de elektra te bedienen. Er staat een klein koffieapparaatje. Hier moet je ook thee meezetten. Dus je thee heeft een koffiesmaak. Een klein theeketeltje is wel zo gewenst. Je kan pas na het middaguur in de zon bij het zwembad zitten. Dit komt doordat het Hilton omringt is door hoge gebouwen."
