'Beds were not as advertised nor sleeping arrangement. Many things were not available either such as pool and sauna. This was due to the virus as told by staff, but that was not mentioned in advertissement. In fact you continued to advertise all as if it was available. Not at all what i expected and paid for. Very dissapointed. You advertised many things that were not true.'

'Great location, right next to ski lifts. Fantastic family ski resort, highly recommend. Accommodation had everything we needed and the spa was amazing, just what we needed after a long day on the slopes.'

'We had a wonderful stay at CGH Résidences & Spas Le Chalet des Dolines! The location in the charming village Montgenevre is great (direct ski slope and ski lift access, close to grocery store, ski rentals, etc) and the 4-persons appartment is very nice and well-equiped. The service is superb, we very much enjoyed our contact with the very friendly and customer-oriented employees.
