Sorry for the inconvenience and sorry you did not like our accommodation facility.It would be great if you could elaborate service and staff issue, so that we can understand and let our staff know regarding the same, as we take pride in customer service and all staff members are really sophisticated and helpful. Terms of noisy rooms, if we would have been made aware of next door guests were noisy we could have look into the situation. Our pool is in open air and leaf or trees stems might have been fallen into it. But if you had found something other than that, staff would have been able to help you out.Thank you.

We will pass-on the comments to our staff.We do have staff on site between 10.00am - 2.00pm, and if you would wish to use washer and dryer we are happy to give guests coins. As well in regards to hot water, their is not any particular time, as every room has their own hot water system. If you were out of the hot water it should because someone must have used all the hot water, and to re-fill the tank it takes around 3 to 4 hrs. Thank you.

Hello Owen , Thank you for your feedback. May be due to privacy settings on your phone, Wi-Fi was not able to be connected. We did not receive any comments about Wi-Fi from other guests who were staying on the same night with you. As well we have check with our internet provider and there is no issue through them. Our standard rate for a Queen Studio on a Saturday night is $150 but you have received the rate for cheaper than usual and the room you booked in was sold at what was advertised on Expedia. We appreciate your feedback. Thank You.

Hello Bruce, Thank you for your comment. As you booked in for Non Refundable rate through Expedia, we are not able to refund back any amount. All of our listings on Expedia have 2 different rates on them. Refundable rate will give you the flexibility to cancel up tp 6pm on arrival day and Non Refundable one is non-refundable or non-amendable and it is always 10% cheaper. Those options are always visible when you upon booking. We are not doing any Emergency Housing at the motel. Since you did not cancel the booking, the accommodation was not re-sold for any other purposes. Thank you.
