ARTIST'S HOME - ART AND COMFORT

Casa dell'Artista consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is completely self-contained, centrally located, and covers an area of 70 square meters. It can accommodate up to 7 guests. Upon request, an extra bed and a comfortable baby crib are available. Close to downtown, the area is well-served by public transportation that runs frequently.
Guests will have access to a completely self-contained unit featuring 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, snack area, Wi-Fi, and a 40" TV.
Equipped with every comfort, all rooms are heated and air-conditioned. Bed and bath linens, a complimentary amenity kit, a hair dryer, and a first-aid kit are included.
In homage to the past, Casa dell’Artista was designed with an abundance of natural wood, a stone wall, tuff elements, and—to honor its history—an antique quote by Carlo Levi about Matera.
Strategically located just 5 minutes from the ancient “Sassi” districts, the Rock-Cut Churches, and the Murgia Protected Park. The Ionian beaches and the Bari Palese Airport are about a 40-minute drive away. The area is close to all kinds of 7g amenities and features a lovely municipal playground for children.

Payable on site: Double bed used as two single beds: €35.00 per stay - Use of a baby crib: €50.00 for the entire stay; Tourist tax: €2.00 per day for each person over 14 years of age, for a maximum of three nights - Cleaning fee = €15.00 per stay - Additional pillow = €5.00
