'Prima hotel'

'We stayed at the hotel with our family of 4. We were picked up by the hotel at a parking outside of the Sassi area. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly. Our suitcases were brought to the room and we were explained about all the main sights. Our room was amazing with a mezzanine and grotto feel. Unfortunately the bathroom was in need of maintenance, but otherwise it was a great stay!'

'We booked Albergo di Sedile 12 hours before our arrival due to a Stayz host suddenly cancelling our booking with no notice. What could’ve been a disaster turned out to be a solid silver lining. She answered WhatsApp messages after hours, acquired a porter to spirit our luggage from the office to our room at the hotel, brought us things we needed late at...

'Dit prachtige in de rotsen van Matera gelegen nieuwe hotel is misschien wel het mooiste dat wij ooit bezochten. De service (medewerkers) is zeer attent en persoonlijk. Alle medewerkers (inclusief management) wekken de indruk dat het hun taak is om het naar je zin te maken. Heel erg fijn. Kamers waren prachtig, zeer smaakvolle architectuur en inrichting. Het bijbehorende restaurant: verrukkelijke culinair hoogstaande gerechten en (wederom) hele fijn persoonlijk aandacht. Aanrader! Iets minder...
