'Lovely property out in the middle of nowhere and we didn’t see a single person during our stay! (We did, however, meet a very friendly dog during an evening stroll!) The property was very clean and well stocked. Looks just as nice as the pictures! I would advise bringing bottled water as what comes out of the tap is not easily drinkable. We had a fabulous time!'

'Aside from food, the place was already stocked with everything you need. Nice comfortable setup. Spent a lot of time hanging out on the deck and enclosed porch just enjoying the view and sounds of nature. Nice and fairly secluded spot but still close enough to venture out and explore what Luray has to offer. We visited Cooter's place (The Dukes of Hazard Museum), The Luray Rescue Zoo, The Luray Caverns and the other attractions they have at the cavernsand found us a fishing spot. Just enjoyed...

'Great little house, very clean, had all the amenities needed, location very nice easy to get around town and surrounding areas. Great little restaurant just a couple of doors down. Our stay was very nice.'

'Beautiful home. Pictures are exactly as shown in the post. So close to several caverns, shopping and the Shenandoah National Park. Loved the fire pit and hot tub at night. Bring bug spray you are in the woods and a secluded area. '

'The historic Funk home is a true gem. I love classic Victorian homes and the renovation work done to this home and the tasteful decor and cleanliness provided an impressive welcome for our stay. We were attending my brother's music festival; Fredfest, didn't get to spend much time at the house, but will try to schedule for next year to fully appreciate what the home has to offer.'
