Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

This apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedrooms contain a comfy king-sized bed and a bunk bed, with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

PLEASE NOTE: There is construction within the vicinity of the apartment building. Loud noises are to be expected and will occur throughout your stay.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team that works hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay.

Leça da Palmeira is known for the Boa-Nova Tea House and the Piscina das Marés (Tide Pool), both works by the architect Siza Vieira.

Leça is also famous for its beaches, green spaces, Porto de Mar, Galp's refinery, Exponor and more recently for the IKEA commercial space.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Bus: Esc. Sec. Boa Nova + walk 5 min.

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
