'First off - absolutely lovely and accommodating staff. We had no problems with our booking in Expedia. If you are coming here expecting Hilton quality rooms and appliances, then you are just dead wrong. For the price it was a perfectly quaint and quiet little motel, we felt very safe and besides the lights occasionally not working, the room was perfect. 'We had the best stay at River Sirens Hotel. The staff was very helpful at getting us into our room. The hotel is sparkling clean and a quick walk to the river and all the cute shops and bars. We highly recommend staying at this updated adorable hotel and plan on coming back in the near future.'

For the price we paid that was unacceptable and gross. Services were super slow. Not blaming staff but management had one waitress for an entire dinning room. 'Staff was great! Especially the front desk! We had a problem with other guests stomping above us for two nights in a row. They were prompt to help with the situation. Forgot a few things, toothbrush one of our family members cut themselves. Front desk was quick to help with Band-AIDS and replace the toothbrush. 'I can't get a hold of anyone to ancell the reservation'

'The inn looked very quaint on Expedia.com, but come to find out that the restaurant and bar next door are managed separately from the hotel. The manager of the restaurant/bar has nothing to do with the inn! Expedia did not show that this was self check in and that a code would be emailed to us! We stayed 2 nights, no staff on hand, no ice, the tv did not work and no one to call or go to to take care of these issues! There was no one to come in and make up the room! No clean towels or clean...
