She hands down handled check ins, check outs, rude patrons, manual walk ups to rooms, impatient individuals, calls to corporate, IT calls, ALL with PROFESSIONALISM, PATIENCE, KINDNESS & I DONT THINK SHE EVER WENT TO LUNCH IR HAD A BATHROOM BREAK through the entire shift. It was even a gathering in the first floor room, and these people were spilling stuff all through the lobby and tracking it all over the floor and she had to try to make sure that that got cleaned...

'De bedden lagen prima, maar verder stonk het in het hele hotel (behalve de kamers) en waren de handdoeken net schuurpapier. We moesten last minute wat zoeken dus voor een korte nacht ok. In ieder geval goed geslapen. '
