Die freistehende neu erbaute 2-Zimmer Villa liegt ohne unmittelbare Nachbarschaft ruhig mitten in der Urbanisation mit herrlichem Blick auf den schönen Pool und das Meer und bietet absolute Privatsphäre. Die Villa ist aufgrund gut angebrachter Hinweisschilder problemlos zu finden. Das letzte Stück der Zufahrt (ca 800 Meter) erfolgt über einen Schotterweg, der jedoch ohne Probleme mit einem PKW befahren werden kann. Die Ausstattung im Haus...

'Beautiful property!! Very nicely decorated and very clean. Everything was updated and new inside. Had everything we needed from shampoo to iron/ironing board. Property manager stayed in touch and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. The view from the terrace was so calm and peaceful. Enjoyed having my coffee each morning and a glass of wine after dinner in the evening. Plenty of space for a family of 5!!!! We will miss the house!!!'

'Having just spent a week at the villa, I cannot give the property and owner enough praise. This was a trip for my 40th Birthday and it was perfect. Labros arrived with a cake on my birthday and delivered us home made pastry’s which were his mothers recipe. The villa is amazing, spacious, beautiful and with everything you could need. The outdoor grill area and pool are particularly good for entertaining. The local area has amazing beaches, and a good selection of quality restaurants. Labros...
