'I booked a week before, the room to stay in Pune to stay on 8 - 9 May. I fully paid. Except the mail from Expedia, there was no communication from the Stay staff. The mobile number given was not working. I had to book another hotel after reaching the place. They cheated us'

'Very clean property, excellent staff all around. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, General Manager down. Was great to see a hand written welcome note from the General Manager in the room. Great housekeeping and restaurant staff.
Breakfast needs a bit of variety though. Given that most people are long stays, gets a bit repetitive.'
