'I love The Crane and the Residences has always been my favourite place to stay on property. No sea view but it feels for private. I bit of a damp smell was in the room but that may be the limestone. Never the less, a lovely stay as usual. Staff are very nice.'

'Very bad '

'Enjoyed the stay'

'Hotel is zeer verouderd en dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Niet iedereen aan de receptie was even vriendelijk, niettegenstaande de prijs/nacht toch al hoog is, vraagt het hotel een meerprijs voor alles. Men kan beter wat meer betalen en verblijven in het Coral Reef Club hotel wat er juist naast ligt. '

'I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was right in the heart of the markets and conveniently located near one of the palaces, which made exploring the area very easy. Unfortunately, the room and the way the hotel handled the issues really impacted my stay. The first room I was given had a horrible sewage odor coming from the bathroom. 'When I checked in and went up to my room or at least I thought was a room omg I was so surprised and excited because it wasn’t just a room it was like an apartment with kitchen living and dining area 2 bathrooms a big master bedroom a big balcony the bathroom in the bedroom was so big it had double sink it’s a great resort to stay I would recommend to anyone .'

The rooms are beautiful, and honestly, the pictures do them no justice. However, given the size of the property, I feel it would be better classified as a boutique hotel. It is very small compared with the average Royalton property. The welcome gift was a small bottle of rum. We are accustomed to...

'Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Not a party resort. Excellent staff, food was delicious. Small resort , so small pool area and beach but more than enough room to accommodate all the guests without feeling crowded at all. I would return.'

'It’s about the people! Yes the property is beautiful, the amenities are plentiful, the food is excellent. But it’s the staff that will make your stay unforgettable. When you leave knowing everyone’s name you feel like you had the best of Cobbler’s Cove and Barbados.'
