'We had a great time during our visit. This place had the feel of a northern cabin, but was close to other activities. Was cozy inside and amenities were just right fir two. We enjoyed being able to wake up in the morning right on the lake. The sunsets were amazing and were basically outside the whole time. Family came for a cookout with the grill and we were able to fish and take the canoe out right from dock. Would absolutely stay again. Perfect time of year to enjoy the area.'

'My family had a great time at this cabin and would for sure come back! We had 4 kids with the age ranges from 7 to 2 and the cabin was SO kid friendly. They thought of everything, there was a highchair, pack n' play, extra mattresses under the beds for more sleeping room. The water off the beach was clean and very minimal weeds. They had paddle boards, kayaks etc. that entertained my kids for hours. There was a family of geese who liked to wander so we did have to clean up some goose poop, but...

'We loved our stay at this house. We arrived very late in the evening and everything was closed. The owner was so nice they had snacks and waters in the refrigerator for us when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was so clean. I would highly recommend staying here.'

'A really beautiful home, wonderfully managed. Visiting our daughter at UMN and enjoying lake life. A bit of a drive from the University when we needed to go back and forth and weather wasn't cooperative but the house was perfect. We'd have preferred something on the larger lake not an access point for views but you got the feeling of lake life and photos are accurate. A great escape.'

'We stayed five nights at Waters edge retreat with our daughter and her husband and their two children ages six and two. The accommodations were perfect! The cottage was recently updated and spotless! It had ample room for our group, including laundry. It was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, spices, extra paper, towel, etc. Dishes and pots and pans were all in beautiful condition! There is no zero entry into the lake, but it is very shallow near shore and we had no problem swimming there...

'We had several family events during our stay. It was very easy to come and go from this location. We had no trouble or difficulty with the property. Guiseppe and Anna provided a wonderful "home away from home" for us, plus they allowed our dog. It was clean, comfortable, in a nice neighborhood; close to great walking and biking trails and many other recreation opportunities. Close to stores and culture too. We recommend this to others and if in the area would stay here again. Cathy and Ivan'

'We had a weekend stay with 5 adults and 2 dogs and the space was great! Plenty of space for everyone and the outside space is perfect. Great access to the water for kayaking and paddle boarding. The sunrise views are lovely! The stay exceeded our expectations and we will be back again! Also to note, there is patio furniture (table and 8 chairs) on the upstairs deck and 2 chairs on the bottom patio that is not photographed. '

'The house was even better than the pictures, and it was immaculate. Location is terrific - every morning my baby and I would walk to one of many bagel or bakeries within a few minutes walk, and in the afternoons my big kids and I would walk to the beach and to get ice cream. Highly recommend!'

'Owner dropped and picked up and was very communicative and responsive. Camper was not the most clean and there was dog hair, but probably what you’d expect in a camper. '

"Een typische Super 8. Eenvoudig, maar schoon. Ontbijt is erg basic. Ik vond deze Super 8 wel aan renovatie toe. Ook de waterdruk in douche en toilet was erg laag."
