'Unique was : it is a very old building, it has a very nice host, it is near the shops, there is a beautiful garden, free parking, great breakfast....etc etc...This was our second visit...and we will be back again and again!'

'The lodge was very convenient to Gatwick, the train station and the town. We had requested a ground floor room and received it along with early check in. Bathroom is tiny with no shelf space for toiletries. There were no hooks or hangers which was awkward. Maybe our expectations are different, but we had a total of one bath towel each for two nights - no hand towel or bath mat either. We did not have breakfast so can't comment on that.'

'There was quite a lot of noise from the restaurant below us and the garden, also heard staff at 0630 outside. Internet was not good enough for a video meeting so had to leave early. Bathroom was tiny. Okay but wouldn’t stay again. '
