'Top hotel nabij cruise terminal '

'We stayed at Ennios the day and night before a cruise. Ennios is a restaurant (a good nice Italian restaurant) and has 5 rooms as well. The service is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are located on the first floor but there is no elevator. We could leave our suitcases that we didnt need at reception. The rooms are comfortable. A nicely stocked mini-bar (i hate it to get into a room with a minibar to find it empty..), coffemaker and kettle. Beds are very comfortable. We had dinner as well with...

'Very friendly and welcoming owner.'

'There was absolutely no point in having a kitchen there were no cooking appliances plates or cups only one fork knife and spoon the kitchen was a complete waste the property if ur staying for multiple nights was not advisable'

'Very noisy until early hours of the morning arguing within the building which was intimidating and frightening. No cups or cutlery in room 1 small hand towel to shower with signage outside very confusing booked for 2 nights only stayed one found other accommodation elsewhere most certainly would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY'

'Horrendous. Oven was so dirty it couldn't be used. Room has one mug, one towel, one pillow - two of us staying. Dirty sponges left at the sink, clearly used multiple times. Bed was horrific, worst mattress I've ever slept on, very old, bed falling apart, not even a full size double. Husband and I are very average in size I had to try and sleep either end of the bed - didn't help due to the noise of other residents all night. Fridge not cleaned, food still in there from last person.Young men...

'A nice room and good location for public transport into Southampton by Train or Bus. Convenient Co-Op and choice of take away food shops. I felt that some small changes would have raised my score, including: Toilet Seat properly fixed. Sufficient crockery and cutlery for 2 people, including glasses, desert spoons (there were none) dinner plates. TV (there is an aerial socket) Toaster Small changes, make a big difference.'

'I got to the facility and it was being lived in. The guy on tne intercom said he had been living there for 11 weeks So contacted the feeder company and they were not available Was on foot so tried desperately to get a taxi to no avail. Not an experience that I would wish for anyone They told me I need to contact you to get a complete refund made payable to the account I paid you from Many thanks Colin Burnhams bc901054@gmail.com Tel 07909981811'

'Avoid this place! > We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived to check in, it turned out our room had been given to someone else. The host was completely unreachable and ignored all our calls and messages. We were left stranded without a place to sleep. Very unprofessional and unreliable.'

'Hotel was very close to the sea short distance to southampton cruise ships We enjoyed the food in the bar'

'De kamer was redelijk verouderd maar wel schoon. Hoge plafonds met een typisch Britse sfeer. Het bed was wat hobbelig en de douchekraan was nog een mengkraan (ik ben dat niet meer gewend) maar met een prima straal. Gehorige kamers maar ondanks dat toch prima geslapen.'

'The fire alarm went off 3 times in a night, I didn't sleep that night.'

'Fijn hotel op een handige, centrale locatie. Winkelcentrum en vele restaurants om de hoek. Lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Op loopafstand van St. Mary Stadium.'
