I had a question regarding TV (trying to find March Madness tourney!) and texted after hours (expecting to be able to address next day) and they responded right away. I didn't expect that for a certain non-emergency issue, but I did appreciate it - and it provides comfort on how quickly they would respond in an actual emergency. Thank you!'

'Horrible, only reason one star is that was the lowest. Upon arrival there was a broken fan or some type of metal trash in the drive way, the entrance door blonds were broken. Upon entering we noticed the chairs were heavily soiled, the master bed tv screen was broken. The extra linens were laying on the floor. It was definitely not up to standards. It was disgusting and we left and asked for a refund. The host asked for photos which I provided and she has now ghosted me. We ended up staying at...

'This was a great place to stay! There was plenty of room, it was in a quiet neighborhood, the house was nice and very clean! There are board games and lots of books. Plenty of space for a big family. Our host was excellent and a great communicator, getting back to us quickly when contacted and they were extremely helpful!!I plan to stay here again!!'

'Home was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. The freeway was very accessible. The kitchen was equipped with ample amounts of cookware, dishes, and utensils. The shower had very low water pressure '

'Host was responsive and accommodating. House was locked when we arrived but we were able to contact them through the ring doorbell to gain access. House was perfect for our party of three. All new appliances. Kitchen is as it appears in pictures. Steep driveway with level parking for 3 vehicles. So, if you're hauling a trailer/boat/etc...be prepared to park in the street. '
