'Very cozy and clean home surrounded by beautiful wood lot. We loved how close to the main road it was, and the quick 5 minute drive to downtown Floyd. The view from the loft was spectacular. The queen bed we slept in on the main floor was comfy, the shower felt wonderful with the rain shower head, and the kitchen was well stocked. 'Green acres is such a gem in the cute town of Floyd! Surprised it was not full to the gills. Bruce the owner was kind and very accommodating. The pond was such a wonderful gift to escape from the heat stocked full of paddle boards and kayaks. The spring fed pond was full of nature. The inflatable trampoline provided hours of play for the kiddo’s and adult’s alike! The amenities were perfect. '
