'The room I was going to initially be given was in a nonsmoking area and wreaked like smoke the hallways was ridiculously dirty and creepy at that. The pictures are super misleading! They made me think that I’d have a balcony since the room I was booking showed a balcony and it did not. On top of the room itself not looking anything like the pictures. 'I’m always amazed that chain hotels that are supposed to be professional in the sleep business neglect so many aspects of it. Parasite lights (clock, microwave, etc). This room had a huge gap at the door with the light of the corridor beaming into the room at night. AC making a jet sound when starting with weak cold air that could not maintain proper temperature. To say the least I did not spend a quality night of sleep. '
