'I’d love to eat the breakfast was great'

'We had a 3 night stay. Our room was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash ran out after the 1st morning. The hot tub isn't working and the employee said they're looking into filling it. I wouldn't have booked here if I knew the hot tub was broken. We went down for breakfast at 8am on Saturday & Sunday. 'This hotel has an excellent location. 5 minutes to the zoo, right next to some shopping and only a 10 minute drive to walmart. The pool was quite large making it easy to spread out from guests with different intentions for pool use. This place is very oddly built. It has either had poorly designed remodels or was an odd design from the beginning. Each room has an individual a/c unit but most of them exhaust to the hallway or the pool courtyard(indoors). 'Very clean and great breakfast. Room was already cold walking in. Some hotels are hot when you arrive and takes forever to cool down when AC is turned on. The hotel is placed in a prime location surrounded by restaurants and Walmart was close by. Excellent stay'

'The air conditioning does not work. The shower had barely any water pressure we had a dirty blanket and the man came up and just had us take the first blanket off and told us to use the bottom blanket. The younger female that works there is rude and refused to move us to a different room after the man told her to move us she fought him about it. When we told her our air conditioning wasn’t working she blamed the weather. Horrible place to stay I highly recommend not ever staying there'
