'We checked in late and left early. It was dark both times, so we couldn't see the surrounding area. As I said, it was late, so I want to give the office staff the benefit of the doubt regarding his behavior. He seemed impatient with us and didn't want to talk. Normally, they will tell you what your room number is even though it's written down and they will direct you to your room. He did none of that. I typically don't give bad reviews; I give what is deserved. I also consider how much we pay...

'Newly remodeled and updated. One of the light fixtures didn’t work in the bathroom, which was annoying. Also the back door wouldn’t work with key cards. The person at the front desk ran over when they could hear us trying to get in. Would totally stay again.'

'Cleanliness and neatness is excellent. The heating was adequate. Flooring is vinyl, nothing fancy. Breakfast was good but not great. Coffee was not good at all. The biggest issue I had was with outside noise. Due to location, traffic noise is on the high side. Entrance to parking lot is through a gas station driveway, with standing water. The stay was good overall...I give it 3.75 out of 5.'

'BED BUGS!!! The hotel was overall a bit run down. It is an old building with some lipstick slapped on. Our shower had hair in it. Poor workmanship with silicon slathered everywhere in the bathroom. It was bearable until we settled in to watch tv and a bug crawled across my shirt. We pulled the mattress cover back to reveal several bed bugs. The staff didn’t seem too bothered to care; just a surface level apology. The only positive was the pool area prior to this nightmare beginning. It is nice...

'The room and the building in general are in terrible condition and the staff make little effort to keep tbe building clean. For our room in particular, our TV didn't work the entire time we stayed and the front desk tried to fix then said they would have someone out ASAP to look at it. Nobody ever did show up. Smoke detector was covered in trash bag, handle on the window was completely broken off and left on the window sill, the outlet plate covers were almost all broken, one of the sinks was...

'Did not eat breakfast, early flight. The parking lot is poorly lit and is a bit cramped driving through. After checking in we found a bedbug in our bed. We tore the bed apart and did not see any more. You know what they say, when you find one.... The toilet in our room would continuously run if you didnt pay attention.The shuttle service to Eppley was great. Cost to leave our vehicle there was $5/day. '
