'This hotel is in a great location. It was a really clean room and very big. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be, they don't validate your parking, so I had to pay $22 a night even though I was staying at the hotel. I feel like the room cost plenty without having to pay for a parking spot as well.'

'Room was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. However, the bed was a little lumpy, not all the bathroom mirror lights would stay lit, and the elevators are a bit small to accommodate the luggage carts.'

'It’s in a historical landmark building so I get that it’s old. But the tile floors were pretty dingy looking. The corners in the rooms seemed to be overlooked when cleaned. Very convenient location to bars and restaurants. Staff was great.'

'It’s a nice hotel and it’s clean however it is a bit outdated. It’s a short drive from the airport and within walking distance to other restaurants and points of interest. The front desk staff were amazing. The breakfast was good and the morning staff fast and friendly on all four mornings. The dinner food there was not too good and staff were extremely slow on all three nights. They were however friendly. I would stay again but not eat dinners there.'

'We enjoyed our stay. Loved the ambience. Rackroom was great. Staff was wonderful. Had a great stay. We had a large and beautiful suite. Hallway carpets were worn and appeared to be dirty. Should be replaced.'

'Liked the size of the room and the amount of storage. I also like that it was relatively new and it has wood floors that can be easily cleaned as opposed to carpet. Breakfast was a little scant, but not sure how I would have changed it.'

'The website nor does the small print says anything about a deposit required (which you must use a credit card). The only charge certain people depending on what you use and how far away you are the deposit. No breakfast. Also if you order DoorDash or any delivery service it has to be left at the front desk they won’t let it be delivered to your room.'
