'Unique stay in walkable part of San Diego. Very refreshing change from the typical box of a room offered by chains. Excellent, personal check-in experience. Clean, spacious room with expected amenities. Simple check-out process. Tasty scones for breakfast.'

'We’ve had an excellent stay, very walkable to Old Town San Diego, good restaurants in the direct area. The pool is a bit small though, San Diego zoo and the SS Midway are very close. The staff is very friendly and very nice and helpful, they give you great tips of the area. We stayed in a room facing away from the freeway, and slept with the windows open, no disturbing noises.'

'Meh. Little things that were off. The air conditioning was blowing in my face all night but we had to have it on because there were no windows to at least crack open. The water dispenser in the gym was a trickle and the gym had no weights. The room was spacious which was a plus but there was no emphasis on environmental care, so no recycling bins at the very least. The hotel is advertised as a resort and you pay a resort fee, but the amenities don’t really match. The parking was plentiful, but...

'The staff was kind and helpful for the entirety of my stay. My room was clean. The bathroom did have long strands of hair on the floor and in the shower. The hotel is near other hotels and has a shared parking lot with plenty of spaces.'

'We had a room facing the freeway. The room has very thin windows so it was very noisy. Also the air conditioner was so loud that we needed to turn it off to be able to sleep. Breakfast was ok but not much variety. The rooms were clean though. Parking is paying (24 dollars a night) but you can park in the street in front of the hotel for free. '

'Great resort for kids. We visited during spring break. They had events for kids, nice slide and pool, dining areas and place to run around. '
