'The Old Rock Quarry Studio is homey, comfortable, and clean. It features everything you might want in an extended stay. As mentioned in a previous stay with this host, there is a notable attention to detail here. It is green out of every window, and skylights that open add clean, country air. Note that parking is for one car including local guests. Note too that Check-out is 10:00, not the usual 11:00, I had to apologize for my failure to do so on time. 'The basement apartment was perfect for my stay while attending a conference at the University in Corvallis. Although it is a basement apartment, it was cool and dry, and well designed. The bedroom is at ground level so where is a large bay window giving fresh air and natural light. The kitchenette had a full sized fridge, microwave, keurig, and a hot plate, so it was easy to cook dinner, and pack lunch. Elizabeth is a wonderful host and the check in and out was easy. 'A great stay in Philomath. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There was an issue with the tv and Brian was there within 30 minutes to take care of it. We highly recommend this location! '

'This property is awesome and very unique. From the large indoor pool with diving board, to the old time cassette player, to the beautiful views. Our group of 12 people slept very comfortably (almost every bedroom has its own bathroom) and had a lot of fun. Only negative is that the electrical system was not fully working throughout the house. Once that is fixed I would recommend this property to any large group (friends, family, mixture of friends and family) finding a place to stay.'
