'House was as advertised. Was very convenient for getting to all the downtown shops and could have easily walked. The house welcome book and I believe the online description mention this, which were spot on, in that the only downside of this house is backing out of the driveway onto road. It's kind of tricky with the 4-lane road and being on a hill. Other than that, everything was perfect.'

'Loved this cute little place and so did my teenage children. It’s the perfect getaway for a quiet peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle. I only have one suggestion, maybe look into a couch in the sitting area so a family can hang out together. Other than that we truly loved this place.'

'Stayed for only 1 night on our way home from a work conference, so we didn't do anything around the area. Great place to just sit on the deck and take in the views. Perfect quick stop for a little relaxation before starting the work week. The house was clean and had the basics if you wanted to cook, etc.. Wifi worked well. Bed was comfortable. The only recommendation would be to have an iron/ironing board (unless there was one and I just couldn't find it).'

'Great place for the kids with lots of outdoor space/activities at the home and convenient to explore the local state parks and wineries. House has everything you could need and slept our crew of 6 comfortably. Stefi was there in person to check us in and was easy to contact.'

'This was our first stay in a Yurt and we weren't disappointed. We loved the layout, the way we could stargaze in our bed, and relax in the hot tub. I was looking for a private, mountain getaway and this was recommended. My husband and I were celebrating out 10 year Wedding Anniversary and just wanted to get away. 'Our family spent a week in the winery cabin. My dad and I have both had cancer battles this year and it was a wonderful respite from hospitals and doctors offices! The cabin was perfect for our size family. Beautiful view of the Blue Ridge mountains from the screened in back porch. Great communication with owner. 'Nice and quiet. Close enough to where we wanted to be, Floyd, Meadows of Dan, and hiking the Blue Ridge Parkway, but far enough away to just go aahhh!'

'Everything about the property was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean well maintained and quiet. There are other cabins nearby but we were not there during a busy time and most cabins were not occupied. We would stay here again if back in the area and felt we got good value for the money.'
