The home is spacious and very clean. There are amazing amenities. Washer/dryer, front deck, bar-b-que handicap accessible door. Just a great home for a weekend. The house was well-appointed, spacious, and situated in a lovely neighborhood. “Charming Fan District Getaway” is an apropos description for an elegant home that won’t disappoint! 'Very cool old house, in the middle of everything. Rob and Larkin were very responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was top notch. 'This property was as advertised. We booked it for a weekend fishing on the river. The public boat launch is right around the corner. The property host was open and accepting of our large breed dogs, which was very appreciated.'

'I took two teams (UMASS & JMU) to the college super regional Pickleball tournament. The house was fantastic because it was affordable for college kids (though one needed to be 30 years of age to book it…I exceed that age), it had lots of beds and enough bathrooms and a kitchen. 'This property has many amenities that we unfortunately didn’t have time to use, as we were too busy getting ready for our son’s wedding. If you have a family, I highly recommend this property. They have anything you could want for young children to teenagers. Plus plenty of room to spread out. Enjoy!'
