BLOSSOM BEKIJK COTTAGES - Charmant huis in de buurt van OSF Plaza en Downtown

Welkom bij de Victorian Rose bij Blossom View Cottages. Wij zijn gevestigd in het historische spoorwegdistrict, op minder dan 800 meter van OSF, theaters, Plaza en Downtown.

VICTORIAN ROSE (2 BDRM-2 BATH-6 personen)
Laat dit prachtige huisje in een historisch huis u vullen met een gevoel van comfort en luxe. Dit huis van 875 vierkante voet heeft twee slaapkamers, elk met een queensize bed. Een tweepersoons slaapbank in de woonkamer kan nog twee personen slapen (of gebruik in plaats daarvan het queen luchtbed). Een van de slaapkamers heeft een aangrenzende badkamer met een inloopdouche. De tweede badkamer is onlangs gerenoveerd en heeft een badkuip-douche en de ruime keuken is volledig gevuld om uitgebreide of eenvoudige maaltijden te bereiden. Geniet van uw koffie / glas wijn in de aparte eetkamer, op de veranda met uitzicht op de tuin, of ga gewoon naar de vele restaurants en cafés in de buurt. Een prive achterporch biedt extra rustige lees- of eetruimte terwijl u uitkijkt op de omliggende tuin.

Er zijn een paar stappen (2/3) om het huis binnen te gaan, maar eenmaal binnen zijn alle woonruimtes op hetzelfde niveau. Parkeer op het terrein en loop naar de lokale belangen en de fantastische restaurants op slechts een steenworp afstand. Wij bieden fijn beddengoed en handdoeken voor het gebruik van onze gasten. Boeken, verspreid over verschillende genres, gratis internet / wifi en kabel-tv zijn ook aanwezig. Ashland Food Co-Op is minder dan vijf minuten verwijderd als u boodschappen of extra benodigdheden moet ophalen. Een beroemd lokaal koffiehuis en historische restaurants liggen op slechts een steenworp afstand.

De Victoriaanse roos werd gebouwd in 1901, in de Victoriaanse Victoriaanse stijl. Het staat in het National Register of Historic Homes.

Adorable little cottage in a great location! Plenty of space for us and our 3 kids (although we did have to use the sofa bed). Very clean and easy to access and park. Super location within a 10 minute walk of all the shops, restaurants, and theaters.

This cottage was clean, convenient to the downtown restaurants, art galleries, and the OSF venues. It is also close to the Ashland Food Coop, good for lunch and groceries. Even though we had a car, we never used it.It could use a little spiffing up of furnishings and linens.

The house was just perfect for my adult son and me to walk into town for meals and a play. It was very clean and comfortable, and had what we needed, including 2 bedrooms and 2 baths plus a dining table to play games on. This house is cute and clean. The check-in process was easy and smooth and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is about 12 blocks to the theater...about a 15 minute walk, so fairly convenient.

A long-time friend and I stayed for 4 nights, seeing 4 plays (and 2 prefaces) at OSF. It's our 2nd year at this cottage and we're already looking forward to next year. The cottage is very comfortable and a short walk to the theaters at OSF. Even closer are Noble Coffee and The Peerless for daily coffee and a great concluding dinner. (They're both at the end of the alley alongside the cottage.)

We were very comfortable in this charming home. There are so many unexpected extras throughout the house that made the visit even more special, like the table games, extra linens, and the kitchen stocked full of everything you could possibly need. We all remarked at how clean the home was and how the furniture was very comfortable.It was just a few blocks walk into town and to the Shakespeare Theaters. We found excellent restaurants and shops along our walks. We walked through Lithia Park and even enjoyed a street market while we were there.We would definitely stay at this house again and plan to make this an annual trip.

The cottage was clean, comfortable, and very well situated in town. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to cook most of our meals there. It's in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk to anything you might want.

Worn furnishings, convenient location

Furnishings OK on first glance, but when you look closer, you noticed the stained couch, worn bedspread edges, and mildew in the showers. Kitchen equipment is cheap so plan on eating out most the time. Decor looks as though probably came from Goodwill. Odd design layout with second bathroom off the kitchen. The second bedroom has you go through the dining room and living room and kitchen to access this bathroom. The mattress in the second bedroom is poor, because it lists both vertically and horizontally, making you roll around, trying to find a stable place to sleep. The primary bedroom mattress was good. Really tiny television. Good Internet service. Excellent air conditioning during record high 99° day. The location is excellent as regards the Ashland co-op store, restaurants, reasonable proximity to OSF Plaza. These comments take into account the amount paid (over $1700 for 4 weeknights M-Thurs, last week in September).

Great location, affordable, clean

No complaints about this listing. It's a quick walk to the theaters and shops. Nice neighborhood. Very clean and well stocked. We would stay here again. I suggest the owner hire a gardener to maintain the front and back yards. The trees and bushes are overgrown and in need of water and the lawns are mostly weeds. Most neighbors here have beautiful yards so they would probably appreciate this as well.

Very conveniently located house for everything in Ashland! Challenging to find after dark but once found, getting in was well explained and easy. Generally clean but has a well-lived in feel. Good place to stay if you're going to be mostly out and about in Ashland.

The property was in a nice area with off street parking and located within a short distance to shopping and restaurants and events. Manager was prompt with an answer to a question I had. Cute landscaping with outdoor seating to enjoy our stay. Generally clean. It could use an easy chair in living area.
