'Room and bathroom were high quality. I do not believe vacant rooms should be kept at A/C temp of 70 degrees. Too cold for normal people upon arrival. Thermostats customer control is very nice. Wasting precious energy in vacant rooms increases cost to Corporation and is passed down to customers. Wouldn't possible reduction of cost, even if small, help to increase patronage and enhance customer perception of Hyatt brand? The thing I did not like was not enough instruction or signage or emphasis...

'I wish I got her name, but the cleaning lady was awesome. Even showed us a few different rooms and let us choose. Great water pressure and a cool AC. Beds were comfortable. . The price was good. We'll definitely be back.'

'Very friendly staff! We travelled with our 10 month old and they had a pack and play for us which was very helpful! It was very close to the hospital, right across a Wingstop and other attractions! Would definitely stay here again!'

'Interesting place to stay. Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel is old and is lacking in maintenance (worst bathroom state we have seen so far during our trips). But its still good value for money. The traintracks behind the Motel and (outside) noise was concerning at first (we knew about this from reading other reviews before we booked), but we had no issue with it at all during the night, we all slept well. Very close to various gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores.'
