'Big clean room (2 queens) bumpy bed. With fridge and tv. Breakfast was very good. Wafels and pancake maker also English breakfast. But the service is very bad! Bath tap kept running, made 3 time's a complain. Everytine is was new and agsin promisses to send maintanance. He/she never came. 3 nights sleep with a running bathtap is no pleasure I can tell you. No cleaning of the room. When I asked they would clean by 2 days. It was 2 days and then sudden oh then it is 3.... I can make my own...

'This placed served our purposes for a one-night stay after a quick trip to Mpls. This place definitely isn't fancy, but it worked. Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The beds were definitely not queen beds but doubles instead - glad it was just two of us. Comforters were lumpy and need to be switched out for new ones. TV was hit or miss - we finally found a channel that worked after searching for quite a while. Breakfast was the highlight with lots of options. The seating area...

'Locatie is prima vlakbij the mall of America. Verder is dit hotel dringend toe aan renovaties. Het tapijt was vies, de waterdruk in de douche was zeer laag en de deur van de badkamer was verzakt en klemde. Het geheel gaf een versleten indruk. '

'De kamer is prima, jammer dat de schuifdeur niet open kon. Locatie is top, centraal gelegen om onze activiteiten te doen. Ontbijt niet gedaan, zag er niet uitnodigend uit en erg warm in de eetzaal. Koffie op de kamer werd niet aangevuld. Parkeren lukte altijd, genoeg ruimte. En een prima restaurant (Danny’s) naast het hotel, was ideaal na onze lange vlucht. Ontbijt daar ook prima met goede koffie.'

'It was very clean and good for the price. Room was very nice along with the bathroom, however the WIFI is advertised as free and does not work. Our TV did not work either so we resorted to watching TV on a MacBook that was connected to a hotspot. Other than that the place was very nice, everything was well maintained and clean. If watching TV and having WIFI is not a priority I would definitely recommend this place! We stayed to visit the Mall of America for a short trip and it definitely did...
