Great location, horrible service.
I have booked a "Deluxe King Room, City View" When entered the hotel - it looked clean and with lots of tech gadgets.
- however they gave me dark room with king bed instead of a city view room.
Room was very dark, When open the window curtains- all I can see a dark dirty area inner side of the building with a central A/C exhaust fan facing my window.
There is a clock phone with wrong time, that is no easy way to change the time.
It had a nice pantry but the refrigerator doesn't work.
I spoke to the receptionist in the morning told them that they gave me a room with no view. He told me okay we will change your room after 12 pm.
No one contacted me all day, no housekeeper came to clean the room. In the evening I called the operator and told her I no longer care about cleaning the room. It will be nice if I could get some drinking water (housekeeper supposed to replenish it while they clean the room). They told me they will send someone shortly.
When I returned to the room ~8pm - noticed someone replaced the towels in the bathroom and left about 10 bottles of water in the pantry.
I checked out 4:00 am in the morning, they send a bellman, who pickup my luggage and brought them downstairs. He insisted me to take a (unduly expensive) cab from the hotel front.
When the Uber came at the hotel door. He was no where to be found. I had to rush inside, to look for my luggage, me an my wife had to drag them out to the street to load them in the car.
