'This was a very nice place to stay. Grab picked us up within one minute everyday. The apartment was very clean and cozy with two large beds and two full bathrooms. 'Would not recomend to stay here! It is very far from Hanoi sentrum. When we got there, the room was dirty and the drying rack was taking the whole space on the balcony, so it was not possible to use it. The bed was very hard, and the pictures dont match the room. We had to buy our own toilet paper as well. The apartment buildings were very nice and its a nice area if you want some peace from the citynoice.'

'Only one hotel front desk staff is very fluent I'm English but they are all very friendly and helpful.
Though I requested for high floors, I was given ground floor. Later, they change it to second floor.
They did not clean the room on daily basis.
No breakfast or free mineral water.
Though there is a sign called no smoking but people smoke in the corridor. The smoking air gets into my room.'

"J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel début avril avec un ami. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel était extrêmement amical et toujours prêt à aider. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le Vieux Quartier, à environ 10 minutes du lac. Le personnel de la réception a organisé une excursion pour nous au Pagode de l'Encens. L'hôtel est assez moderne et très bien entretenu. Je reviendrai ici lors de mon retour à Hanoi !!"
