'Great location at walking distance from Hualien. It was very busy around New Year. Staff and service got better afterwards. There was a very friendly woman serving breakfast. We gave permission to not clean our room the first day, but they also skipped the 2nd day. Could have used the new bottles of water and clean towels. '

The staff were amazingly helpful with all needs, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations to just answering any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good safe place to stay.'
