'Very clran, staff was amazing'

'We absolutely loved our time here. We stayed in a beachfront villa and our kids LOVED having a private pool, and I loved the beachfront hammock. The villa is a great design, spacious with two large bathrooms, the outdoor shower was a great feature. Having a washing machine and dryer was also incredibly useful. Basic kitchen (no oven). Really good aircon. The resort was relaxed and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Breakfast highlights were fresh watermelon and delicious freshly baked...

'I have stayed here a couple of times in the past, but things have gone downhill. The shuttle person wasn’t at arrivals and I had to go hunting for the van (the Hilton guy was a great help). Housekeeping failed to come. Door battery went flat and I was locked out fin30 minutes with three trips to reception. But the main thing is that most of the facilities are closed for long renovations with only one temporary restaurant and small corridor cafe. The pool bar was closed even though not...

'Good resort, very clean, nice setting. Staff is lovely, their travel desk can be a bit pushy in offering only their tours (Pele island didn't exist because they didn't offer a tour to it for instance...). Thing to improve is the breakfast. Pancakes, canned fruit, Vegemite and some very dry pastries and that was it. Anything else had to be paid for.'
