Keys are collected from a secure location just a short 400m walk from the apartment.
Collection hours are:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 11:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 am – 11:00 pm

If you require key collection outside of these hours, please let us know at least one week in advance. We will do our best to assist depending on availability, and an after-hours fee will be applied.
