Apartment #2 is our colourful and creative 2-bedroom pad on the first floor of a lovingly renovated 70’s walk-up.

|This Apartment is on the first floor, so to access the apartment you will need to go up one flight of stairs.

You will have full access to the entire property.

Budd Place is right in the heart of Collingwood - walking distance to the best bars, cafes, restaurants and hang outs in town.
The iconic Fitzroy Pool is next door, Good Vibes Yoga and Sense of Self are down the road, and world-famous Lune croissants is a 2 minute walk from your front door.

Budd Place is a private oasis, and a perfect place to base yourself on a trip to Melbourne.

Budd Place is located a short distance from Smith & Johnston Streets at the border of Collingwood and Fitzroy.

There are lots of trams close by, and buses run frequently down Hoddle Street, Alexandra Parade and Johnston Street.

If you don’t feel like walking, the 86 tram runs along Smith Street into the city via Gertrude Street - the closet tram stop is a 5 minute walk away, on the corner of Smith & Keele Street.

The 11 tram takes you to the Docklands via Brunswick Street - the closest tram stop is a 10 minute walk away, on the corner of Brunswick & Alexandra Pde.

The 96 tram takes you through the city to St Kilda Beach along Nicholson Street, past the Melbourne Museum.
Clifton Hill train station is a 15 minute walk through the Darling Gardens.

|Check-in Details: You will receive check-in instructions prior to your arrival.

| Early Check-in
Check-in time is from 3 pm, but if you’re arriving early, we’ll do our best to accommodate you! Early check-in depends on availability on the day. If you’d like to guarantee early access, the best option is to book the night before (if available).

| Late Check-out
Check-out is by 10 am, but if you’re hoping for a little extra time, just let us know. We’ll accommodate where we can! To guarantee a later check-out, we suggest booking an extra night in advance.

| Pets Welcome: Small pets are permitted; however, we kindly ask that they are not left unattended in the garden or inside the apartment.

|The main address is Alexandra Parade, but the entry is via the quieter Budd Street.
#No parties allowed. This property has a strict policy regarding noise and gatherings.
#Maximum of 4 guests allowed at the property.
#Quiet hours are from 9 PM onwards. Please be respectful of the surrounding area and maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbours.
