Coastal Stroll is a comfortable, contemporary 2 storey townhouse. Walk to the beach and Martha Cove Marina, enjoy lunch or dinner at the renowned Martha's Table restaurant and popular Provincia delicatessen for delicious italian food, treats and coffee. The Valley Golf course is close by too. It is well suited to families, 3 couples, golf weekends and girls' weekends away.

HOUSE FEATURES:



Spread out across two levels, this home makes good use of the space with 2 bedrooms, a lounge room, bathroom and laundry downstairs, and the main open plan living, kitchen, dining area and master bedroom upstairs. The upstairs living area opens up via glass doors to an entertaining balcony, with alfresco dining and stunning views across to Arthur's Seat.



There are 3 bedrooms all with split system heating and cooling – 2 double bedrooms downstairs and 1 queen bedroom upstairs, plus 2 sofa beds in the main living area upstairs. One of the double bedrooms has glass sliding doors opening to the rear courtyard, and the master bedroom upstairs has glass sliding doors opening to a private balcony with table and chairs. There is also a single car garage for guest's to use.

We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. A $65 non-refundable damage waiver fee applies to stays at this property.

The Neighborhood:

The beach-front community of Safety Beach is nestled between Mount Martha and Dromana on Melbourne’s beautiful Mornington Peninsula. The name comes from the calm and shallow water, which makes it an ideal spot for a family holiday. There are great views of the Mount Martha peak in the north and Arthurs Seat in the south. Safety Beach is also home to the stunning Martha’s Cove inland harbour, where you can stroll along the waterside boardwalk admiring the beautiful yachts and huge boats moored there, and then enjoy dinner at the delicious Martha’s Table restaurant or takeaway from their grocer and cellar.
